Yes. Signati Trust can be seamlessly integrated into CRM, ERP, DMS and workflow systems via APIs and standard interfaces.

6. Where is the data stored?

Signati Trust processes and stores data exclusively in Swiss data centers that are ISO 27001 certified and comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (DSG).

1. What is Signati Flow?

Signati Flow is a platform-based workflow solution for the digital orchestration of business processes, signatures, data flows, and compliance steps. It connects people, systems, and trust services in a secure, automated environment.

2. What is Signati Flow used for?

The solution is used for end-to-end digitization – for example, in contract signing, onboarding of customers or employees, or for automating regulatory approval processes (e.g., in compliance with DORA, FINMA or DSG).

Data processing takes place in certified Swiss data centers (ISO 27001) in compliance with the Data Protection Act (DSG). EU data hosting in accordance with the GDPR is also available as an option.

7. How does Signati Flow support regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, FINMA, ESG)?

Signati Flow integrates regulatory control points directly into the workflow. This ensures digital traceability, risk assessment, and audit security – in compliance with DORA, FINMA, ESG, GDPR, and DSG.

1. What is Signati Sign?

Signati Sign is our platform for electronic signatures. With it, you can digitally sign documents in a legally compliant, secure manner, and independently of your third-party systems – from simple electronic signatures (FES) to qualified electronic signatures (QES) according to eIDAS and ZertES.

2. What is the difference between Signati Sign and Signati Flow?
  • Signati Sign: A platform for preparing and sending documents directly for digital signature.
  • Signati Flow: Our intelligent workflow engine that automates processes and integrates directly into your existing systems. Flow ensures that signature processes are seamlessly embedded in your business applications.
3. What are the advantages of integrating Flow into Sign?

Thanks to Signati Flow, you can:

Automatically transfer contracts and documents from your specialist systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to Signati Sign,
map multi-stage approval and signature processes,
flexibly adapt AI-supported workflows,
save time and increase security.

4. What signature types does Signati Sign support?

Our solution supports:

Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) – legally equivalent to a handwritten signature in the EU and Switzerland.

5. Is the solution legally compliant?

Yes. Signati works with Swisscom Trust Services, a leading European trust service provider. This ensures that all signatures are eIDAS and ZertES compliant, auditable, and legally secure.

In addition, Signati is certified according to ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO/IEC 27001 (information security) – proof of the highest standards in security and process quality.

Furthermore, we are, of course, GDPR compliant.

6. Where is the data processed and stored?
  • Hosted in Germany: Signati is one of the providers that operates its platform exclusively on German servers.

    Server locations: Our data centers are located in Nuremberg and Falkenstein (Vogtland) within the European Union. This ensures that customer data never leaves the EU.

    Security certification: The data centers are certified according to ISO/IEC 27001 – the internationally recognized standard for information security and IT environments.

7. How does the signature process work?
  1. The document is uploaded to Signati Sign or automatically imported via Flow.

    A hash of the document is sent to Swisscom – the content itself remains confidential.

    The signer authorizes the signature using one-factor authentication or, in the case of a qualified electronic signature (QES), two-factor authentication (e.g., SMS, app, biometric authentication).

    The signature is then transmitted back to Signati and embedded in the document.

8. What integrations does Signati Flow offer?

1. What is FANCARDZ?

FANCARDZ is a digital fan and player platform that allows users to create, share and interactively use personalized digital player and trading cards – ideal for clubs, fans, sponsors and sports organizations.

2. Who is FANCARDZ intended for?

FANCARDZ is aimed at sports clubs, associations, athletes, sponsors and fans who want to connect and strengthen their community with modern, digital experiences.

3. What features does FANCARDZ offer?
  • Creation of digital player and team cards
    Real-time statistics, images, and performance data
    Social sharing on platforms like Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
    Sponsor integration with branding options
    Fan engagement tools and gamification elements
4. How does creating a fan card work?

Player data, photos, and club information are uploaded via the platform or app. A digital card in the club’s individual design is then automatically generated.

5. Can fans create or collect their own FANCARDZ?

Yes! Fans can purchase their own digital trading cards of their favorite players or teams, save them, and collect them in their digital wallet or fan profile.

6. Is FANCARDZ only suitable for soccer?

No. Although FANCARDZ was developed for soccer, it can be adapted for all team sports (e.g. handball, ice hockey, basketball, volleyball) and even individual sports.
